Ingredients

Canola oil 1 Tablespoon
OZO™ Plant-Based Mexican Seasoned Ground 1 Package
Pinto beans, rinsed and drained (1) 15 oz. Can
Ground cumin ½ Teaspoon
Chili powder ½ Teaspoon
Corn chips (2) 9 oz. Bags
Optional Toppings Yielding 4 Cups Total
Shredded Mexican cheese
Sour cream
Guacamole
Green onion, sliced
Jalapeño pepper, sliced
Tomato, diced
Avocado, diced
White onion, diced
Green chiles, diced
Plant-based Mexican Seasoned Ground

Directions

Step 1
Coat the base of a large nonstick sauté pan with oil and place over medium heat. Add the OZO Plant-Based Mexican Seasoned Ground, cooking it until browned and crispy, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks, about 4-5 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in the beans, cumin, and chili powder and cook until warmed through, about 2 minutes more.
Step 3
Divide corn chips among bowls. Top with ground mixture and desired toppings and serve while it’s hot!
