Thanksgiving Sausage Rolls

Oil (your preference) 2 Tablespoons
OZO® Plant-Based Breakfast Sausages Maple 1 Package
Ready-made puff pastry 1 Sheet
Cranberry sauce 4 Tablespoons
Tamari (gluten-free) or soy sauce 2 Tablespoons

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Add oil to a medium-sized pan over medium-high heat, then add the sausage patties, spaced evenly apart. Cook 2 - 2½ minutes on each side, turning a few times until each patty is golden brown. Set aside.
Step 3
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a flat surface, then spoon on the cranberry sauce down the shortest length of the sheet.
Step 4
Crumble the sausages, then sprinkle over the top of the cranberry sauce.
Step 5
Fold the puff pastry over, then seal by using a fork to pinch the edges.
Step 6
Brush soy sauce over each roll.
Step 7
Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until beautifully golden and crisp. Remove from oven, slice and serve. Enjoy!
