Tater Tot-Chos

Frozen tater tots 32 oz. bag
Canola oil 1 tablespoon
OZO® Plant-Based Mexican Seasoned Ground 1 package
Chili powder 1 teaspoon
Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder ¼ teaspoon
Smoked paprika ¼ teaspoon
Sea salt ¼ teaspoon
Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
Black beans, rinsed and drained ¾ cup
Frozen corn kernels, thawed ¼ cup
Shredded Mexican cheese 1 cup
Guacamole ½ cup
Tomato, diced ⅔ cup
Red onion ¼ cup
Jalapeno pepper, sliced 1 item
Plant-based Mexican Seasoned Ground


Step 1
Prepare tater tots per package instructions. Once baked, arrange tots in the base of a 12-inch cast iron skillet. Set oven heat at 350°F.
Step 2
In a large nonstick sauté pan coated with oil over medium heat, add the OZO Plant-Based Mexican Seasoned Ground and seasonings. Cook until browned and crispy, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
Step 3
Sprinkle the cooked ground atop the tater tots in the skillet, followed by the beans, corn, and cheese. Bake in oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Once baked, top with tomatoes, onions, jalapeños and guacamole. Serve immediately.
