Swiss and Green Chile Burgers

Ingredients

OZO™ Plant-Based Burgers 4 Each
Burger buns 4 Each
Swiss cheese (vegan or regular) 4 Slices
Green chiles, diced 1 Cup
lettuce or cabbage, thinly chopped 1 Cup
Avocados, peeled and sliced 2 Each
Plant-based Burger Patties

Directions

Step 1
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
During the last minute of cooking, place one slice of cheese on each burger and allow to melt then remove from heat.
Step 3
To assemble, place lettuce on the bottom bun, then the burger, sliced avocado, and green chiles, and finally the top bun.
Step 4
Serve immediately.
