Spicy Thai Basil Salad

Ingredients

OZO Ground 12 oz.
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Black pepper, freshly ground ½ teaspoon
Dressing (Recipe Below)
Salad (Recipe Below)
Plant-based Ground

Directions

Step 1
Season the OZO Plant-Based Ground with the salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Heat thoroughly in a nonstick pan at medium-high heat, approximately 6-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked meat to a plate and set aside.
Step 4
Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients.
Step 5
Combine the salad ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle about ¾ of the dressing mixture over the salad and toss gently.
Step 6
Divide the salad into 4 servings and top each plate with cooked meat. Drizzle the remaining dressing over each serving.

Fresh lemongrass, minced 2 tablespoons
Sesame oil 4 tablespoons
Fish sauce 2 teaspoons
Sambal oelek 2 teaspoons
