Spicy Hawaiian Burgers

OZO® Plant-Based Burgers 4 Each
Pineapple rings 8 Each
Mayonnaise ¼ Cup
Sriracha sauce 1 Tablespoon
Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
Salt (to taste)
Burger buns 4 Each
Cabbage, shredded ½ Cup
Red onion, thinly sliced into rings ¼ Red Onion
Plant-based Burger Patties


Step 1
Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. When hot, add the pineapple rings and cook for 3-5 minutes per side or until grill marks appear.
Step 2
Mix together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice. Add more Sriracha and salt to your desired spice level.
Step 3
Lower heat to medium and cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
To assemble, place cabbage on the bottom bun, then the burger, two pineapple rings, and red onion. Spread the mayonnaise mix on the top bun and place.
Step 5
Serve immediately.
