Pesto Caprese Kebab Skewers

Cherry tomatoes 18 Items
Fresh basil leaves 24 Items
Small mozzarella balls 18 Items
Pesto ¼ Cup
Olive oil ¼ Cup
Balsamic glaze

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the meatballs evenly over it.
3. Bake until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F, about 7-10 minutes (or 10-15 minutes if you like the outside edges a little more crispy).
4. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before assembling kebabs.
Step 2
1. To assemble, we recommend one of two sequences:
2. Cherry tomato, 2 basil leaves, mozzarella ball, meatball, cherry tomato
3. Mozzarella ball, cherry tomato, 2 basil leaves, meatball, mozzarella ball
4. Lay the finished skewers flat on a serving tray or large plate.
5. Mix the pesto and olive oil in a small bowl, then drizzle the mixture over each kebab with a spoon and lightly pour the balsamic glaze over them.
6. Serve warm, cold, or at room temperature, and enjoy!
