OZO® Stuffing

OZO® Plant-Based Ground 1 package
Unsalted butter, divided 1 cup
Yellow onion, diced 1 ½ cups
Celery, diced 1 cup
Packed fresh sage, minced ¼ cup
Fresh rosemary, diced 1 tablespoon
Garlic, minced 1 tablespoon
Sea salt 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
Unseasoned dried stuffing 1 10oz. package
Green apple, cored and cut into ½ inch cubes 2 cups
Dried cranberries 1 cup
Packed Italian parsley, chopped ¼ cup
Vegetable broth 1 ½ cups
Plant-based Ground


Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with oil and set aside.
Step 2
Melt ¼ cup of the butter in a large nonstick sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and celery and cook until translucent, about 6 minutes.
Step 3
Add the OZO Plant-Based Ground, sage, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and crispy, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks, approximately 4-5 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer ground mixture to a large mixing bowl. Melt remaining ¾ cup of the butter and add to the bowl along with the stuffing, apples, cranberries, parsley, and vegetable broth. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Pour stuffing into prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 20 minutes or until top is crisp and golden.
