Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll the biscuit dough into a flat sheet. Separate into two large sections along the perforated edge. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut each section into thirds, then divide those sections down the middle into 12 pieces total.

Roll each section into a ball and flatten with your palm. Sprinkle a small amount of cheese onto dough. Place an OZO Plant-Based Italian Meatball onto the center, bring up sides of dough over meatball, and firmly pinch edges to seal. Place onto a lined or nonstick sheet pan. Repeat with remaining meatballs, spacing them 2 inches apart on the sheet pan.
Step 3
Brush buns with melted butter. Sprinkle remaining cheese and Italian seasoning over the top of each.

Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until dough is a deep golden color. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
