Green Salsa Tacos

Ingredients

OZO® Plant-Based Rotisserie Style Shredded Chicken 1 pack
Avocado, thinly sliced 1 Large
Tomato, medium diced ½ Cup
Lime, sliced into 8 wedges 1 Large
Mixed Slaw (mixed cabbage and carrots) 2 Cups
Green Chili Salsa ½ Cup
Green Onions, chopped To Taste
Pickled Jalapenos, whole ¼ Cup
Cilantro, roughly chopped 1 Bunch
Flour Tortillas, 4 inch “street tacos” 8 shells
Cooking Oil or Spray 2 Tablespoons
Salt and Pepper To Taste

Directions

Step 1
In a medium sized bowl mix together mixed slaw, ½ cup of green salsa, and salt & pepper to taste. Set aside.
Step 2
Cook OZO plant based chicken according to package. While cooking the plant based chicken shreds warm up flour tortillas in a large skillet with cooking spray, flip occasionally until each side is lightly browned or until desired consistency.
Step 3
Assemble! Place warmed up tortilla on plate, top with chicken shreds, slaw, diced tomatoes, green onions, sliced avocado, cilantro and pickled jalapenos. Repeat until all the tacos are assembled and enjoy!
