Tomato Basil Pasta with Chicken

Ingredients

OZO® Plant-Based Garlic and Herb Chicken Cutlet 1 pack
Black Pepper, ground finely 1 Tablespoon
Parmesan Cheese, finely grated 1 Cup
Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon
Mozzarella, shredded 3/4 Cup
Spaghetti Noodles 10 Oz.
Marinara Sauce 24 Oz.
Basil, chopped 0.5 Oz.
Salt To Taste

Directions

Step 1
Fill a large pot with water over a medium-high heat, once boiling add a pinch of salt and pasta. Cook until tender, drain, and reserve I cup of pasta water.
Step 2
In the large skillet pot over medium heat add oil, marinara sauce and chopped basil, stir until combine and heat until warm.
Step 3
Cook OZO plant based chicken according to package.
Step 4
Combine pasta into sauce until thoroughly mixed. If sauce is thick stir a small amount of reserved pasta water, keep adding pasta water until desired consistency.
Step 5
Assemble time! Place pasta onto a dish, top with plant based cutlet and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top.
