Beer + BBQ Meatballs

OZO® Plant-Based Italian Style Meatballs 1 Package
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Garlic powder ¼ Teaspoon
Medium onion, diced 1 Onion
Ketchup 1 Cup
Black pepper ¼ Teaspoon
Brown sugar ¼ Cup
Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
Sriracha sauce 1 Teaspoon
Apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoons
Lager beer 1 Cup
Plant-based Italian Style Meatballs


Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Place thawed meatballs onto a lined or nonstick sheet pan and cook for 7-10 minutes, or until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from oven, place meatballs in a serving dish, and set aside.
Step 3
In a small skillet over medium heat, add all remaining ingredients and whisk until combined. Keep heat between a simmer and a boil and cook for 20-25 minutes, whisking often.
Step 4
Top meatballs with the sauce and serve immediately!
