"Beef" and Cheese Pinwheels

Ingredients

OZO™ Plant-Based Ground 1 Package
Pre-made biscuit dough 2 Containers
Cream cheese (vegan or regular) 6 Oz.
Spinach, packed 2 Cups
Cheddar cheese, shredded (vegan or regular) 1 Cup
Plant-based Ground

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook OZO Plant-Based Ground for 4-5 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
Step 3
Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 4
Roll out the two packages of dough next to each other and press them together to create one large sheet of dough.
Step 5
Spread with cream cheese, then add the spinach in a single layer.
Step 6
Add the cooked meat, then the shredded cheese.
Step 7
Roll up the dough like a jelly roll, being sure to keep it tight by gently pressing it as you roll.
Step 8
Slice into one-inch thick pieces, then bake for 11-15 minutes or until dough has risen and is starting to brown.
